Umpire enforced a rule. That's their job. There's no debate Emma . . .

pitches illegally. However, it was sort of like the sheriff in Emporia, VA writing a ticket for 75 in a 70 zone. It was OK in North Carolina so why not Emporia? Unfortunately, you'll have to pay the fine and you'll pay it over and over unless you slow down at Emporia.
